Forms are a common way to collect information from internal and external users for processes such as IT requests, employee onboarding, and so on.
In Torq, you'll create a webhook integration that generates a unique Torq endpoint, which you'll add to the webhook integration in Typeform.
These instructions assume that you already created and published a Typeform form.
1. Create a Typeform integration in Torq
- Go to the Integrations page, search for the Typeform card, and click Add.
- Enter a meaningful name for the integration, such as typeform-trigger, and click Add.
- Copy the webhook URL.
2. Create a test workflow
- Go to the Workflows page and click Create Workflow.
- Type a meaningful name for the workflow, such as Typeform Trigger.
- Select the Integrations trigger and click Pick Integration.
- Search for Typeform, click the card, and select the integration you created earlier.
- Save the workflow.
3. Create a webhook integration in Typeform
- In the Typeform console, locate your form, click the three-dot menu, and select Connect.
- Create a webhook.
- Click Webhooks > Add a webhook.
- Paste the webhook URL you created earlier in Torq, and click Save webhook.
- Turn on the webhook and click View deliveries.
- Click Send test request and verify that the request was sent successfully.
In Torq, click the Webhook trigger icon and go to the Event Log tab. You'll see the event JSON, which contains key/value pairs of the form questions and responses.
