For support with the Torq app please contact your Torq representative or email support@torq.io.

You can always log in to our support site and open a ticket with our support team.

During an interaction with your customer service representative, a field team member, or other members of Torq support, you may want to give them temporary access to your workspace. You can easily invite them from the Settings tab. 

You can monitor Torq support from the activity log, audit logs, and workflow version history. They will appear as Torq support.

Invite Torq support

  1. Go to the Settings page of the workspace you need support help in.

  2. Click Invite Torq support.

  3. Select the permissions you would like Torq support to have, either Viewer or Owner.

  4. Select the time you would like Torq support to access the workspace, from 1 day to indefinite. 

  5. Click Invite.

  6. Torq support will be notified that they now have access.

Check if Torq support is enabled

  1. Go to the Settings page of the workspace you are checking. 

  2. Hover over the icon to see the level and the remaining length of time Torq support is enabled.

Remove Torq support's access

  1. Go to the Settings page of the workspace that has Torq support enabled.

  2. Click the Torq support button.

  3. Click Remove.
