Export a workflow to PDF

When you export a workflow to PDF, you'll be prompted with the system's Print dialog. Make sure to apply the necessary settings before saving the PDF.

  1. Open the workflow that you want to export.
  2. Open the workflow options menu and select Export as PDF.
  3. In the Print dialog, select the Background images check box.
  4. Click Save.
Important
If you don't select the Background images check box, the workflow will print to PDF in grayscale.
